This beautiful beach house is in the sought after location of Mollymook, overlooking Narrawallee Beach. It has ocean views to the north and is a 3 minute walk to the pristine sands of Narrawallee beach.
An open plan kitchen is fitted with dishwasher, microwave, oven. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils and crockery. The large deck with table, chairs, umbrella and BBQ looks north to the ocean, cooled by the north easterly breezes in summer and sheltered from the southerly winds in winter.

Minimum stay is two nights, however discounts apply for stays of seven nights and longer for much of the year.

The property is a short walk to the spectacular beach of Narrawallee, with its gentle slope and comfortable waves makes it ideal for the entire family to enjoy. Narrawallee Beach is patrolled during the Easter and Christmas school holidays. The patrols take place at the southern end of the beach. Take a walk along the beach, which takes around an hour to walk up and back; at the same time keep a lookout for dolphins and whales depending on what time of the year.
Mollymook shopping village with supermarket, butcher, newsagent, bakery, chemist, deli, bottle-shop and restaurants is a ten minute walk, a further 5 minute walk will take you to the northern end of Mollymook Beach.
Linen and bed preparation is done by a professional service. The charges will be added to the tariff at the time of reservation following submission of your booking request. A bathroom towel (per person) is provided with the linen package along with bathmat and hand towel for bathrooms.
Check in is 2:00pm. Check out is 10:00am.
Heating - One gas heater in the living room along with two portable electric oil-filled radiant heaters for bedrooms.
BBQ - A Weber Q BBQ is conveniently located on the deck upstairs.
Pantry - A modest amount of items available including: tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and cooking oil.

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property, but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in termination of rental, immediate eviction, and loss of bond.
A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking. Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the Tennant’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Balance of the rental amount and the bond amount must be received in full 30 days prior to the arrival date. If not, the owner has the right to cancel the booking.
Cancellation (notification from Arrival Date):
Outside 60 days - 100% refund
Outside 14 days - 50% refund
We recommend you take out comprehensive travel insurance to protect against any unforeseen cancellation.
The Bond will be refunded within 14 days following departure date subject to these Terms and Conditions being met in full. The bond is designed to cover any additional costs incurred due to but not limited to, any breakages, damage, or additional cleaning requirements. The costs will be deducted from the bond at the Owner's discretion.

We love staying at Tallwood and visit each year for a wonderfully relaxed holiday. The home is always immaculate and has everything we need to enjoy our stay. Comfy beds and doonas, great little kitchen and a gorgeous view and deck. Beaches and shops are nice and handy and we find we are still discovering all the area has to offer!
We had such a wonderful time at Tallwood Beach House. It is a genuine beach cottage that hasn't been fussed with but maintained beautifully. The beach is a short stroll away, the large deck is perfect for relaxing and listening to the waves and the house itself is clean and comfortable with everything you require. We felt right at home and will definitely be back. Thank you!
We really enjoyed our stay at Tallwoods Beach House. It's a simple, relaxed house with a wonderful location and view. Couldn't ask for anything more in a beach holiday - although a bit of sun would have been nice!
From the moment we arrived we felt relaxed and at home. This holiday home is in immaculate condition with beautiful views over the water. We stayed for a week and never once had any issue with noise from anyone nearby. The local shops are a short walk away as is the beach. And the owner was lovely and very accommodating. We are coming back!
